Millennials. Who are they? Are they us? Do we like them? Not sure what we we're trying to do here other than poke fun at a time where 4chan was huge and how Millennials fit into it...
I guess we were just trying to play around with MILENIO, the varietal & make y'all laugh. Plus who doesn't like Pepe?
This coffee NEEDS REST TIME. Can't stress it enough. It's also not a FUNKY natural. Costa Rican's often are subtle coffees when it comes to fruit but BIG BIG bodied, very sweet, very delicious if you're into drinking nice coffees ; )
We'd also suggest using MAYBE a higher ratio when brewing and not going concentrated like 1:15...but maybe you like 1:15 which is cool too!
